The IGAD Blue Economy Conference will take place in Djibouti from 16 to 17 September 2019 at Djibouti Palace Kempinski.

• The plenary sessions will be held in Nakheel Ballroom, while the 2 breakout sessions will be held in Ras Syan Ballroom and Maskali Ballroom
